What You See Festival
What You See Festival is the leading, multidisciplinary and international festival in the Netherlands that focuses on gender diversity, inclusion and identity in art and culture. From the city of Utrecht we annually show a polyphonic program, in which theater, dance, visual arts and dialogue come together. Our goal is to shift perspectives with art and create social impact.
The festival is ambitious, activist, connecting, and works from a solid (inter)national base with a broad network of makers, organizations and audiences. We strive for inclusivity in everything we do.
In the period 2025-2028, What You See will receive multi-year subsidies from the Municipality of Utrecht, the Province of Utrecht and the Performing Arts Fund.

Procedure
After the deadline of 5 May, we will contact you by Friday 9 May at the latest and you will hear whether you have been invited for an interview. The first interview will take place on Wednesday afternoon 14 May. The second interview will take place on Wednesday 23 May. The interviews will be conducted with the director and one of the team members.
