What You See Festival 2025 will take place in Utrecht from 19 to 23 November. What does it mean to be an inclusive and diverse organization? How can you embed inclusivity in your organization in a sustainable way? What concrete steps can you take? For organizations developing an inclusivity policy, What You See offers a tailor-made program during the festival and beyond that supports, deepens and reinforces the policy. Themes around gender, identity, LGBTQIA+ rights and inclusion become tangible and assumptions and prejudices are unravelled. You and your team are given tools to get started immediately with a diverse and more inclusive work environment.
